Another small blogpost about a trip I recently did with my mom & sister. We went back to Ibiza for a long weekend. We already visited the island back in 2018, but really wanted to go back. The weather was really nice, we enjoyed some quality-time, had some very good food & drinks and we just relaxed and strolled around.
We stayed at a very nice place, with a private outside area and a jacuzzi. We also had a common pool where we spent some time daily to read our books and relax.
When we arrived, we went to Santa Gertrudis to have some lunch, before strolling around and visiting some cute shops. After that, we went back to our place and relaxed a bit at the poolside. We love to read some books and magazines, so that's what we did. The first evening we had dinner at Aubergine, which is a very nice place that I really recommend. We had some very nice food and some good glasses of sangria.
The next day we started the day by going to Ibiza city, where we strolled around and saw some nice shops. After, we drove by the Salinas and went to Experimental Beach Club, where we had some lunch at the seaside. It was very nice to see the sea and enjoy that view. In the evening we had a bad experience at a restaurant, so I would really not recommend to go there. (Message me if you want to know the name of the place haha) We ended the evening with some wine and ice cream on our terrace.
The next day was already our last full day, so we relaxed at the pool and had lunch at Finca55, which is also a place I really recommend. After lunch, we went to a place where you have a really nice view on Es Vedra, the big rock in the sea. And after that we went back to the swimming pool (it was very hot). In the evening we went back to Aubergine to have dinner. You can see that that's our new favorite place to go now :)
The next day, we relaxed a bit at the pool and had a nice salad as lunch at Paloma, which was also a very nice spot. In the evening we flew back to Brussels, and were very relaxed and content of our long weekend, back in Ibiza.
